Scope of Work:
The work majorly consisted of rehabilitation including demolition, asbestos removal, and installation of new VCT floors, HM and wood doors, double hung windows, kitchen cabinets and countertops, kitchen appliances, AC units, electrical fixtures, smoke detectors, plumbing fixtures, shower doors and surrounds, and painting of 450 units including 23 ADA units.

The scope also included installation of handrail support, painting and VCT in the corridor areas.

The scope also consisted of new storefront in the link area, diner, and Sheridan and Devon entrances; new boilers and make up air unit; new CW, HW piping and  domestic water heaters; new generator, transformer, switchgear, bus duct, door entry system and security system; new fire pump control panel, fire extinguishers, cabinets and fire hose with racks; new penthouse metal screen and staircase; and new signage for units and common areas.
