L.E.A.R.N. Charter School is a three-story school building, which includes classrooms, lunchroom, library, science lab, elevator and miscellaneous teaching facilities for kindergartners through 8th graders. The three-story structure is constructed of structural steel, a concrete composite floor slab metal deck with a precast stone and brick exterior facade.  The building comes with a two story gymnasium with precast wall panels and double T precast roof panels.
